The Things We Do For Dogs (To Dogs?)

Dax

The things we do for our dogs, or is it to our dogs?

If you have ever owned an pet, you have probably been faced with the decision to "fix" them. Often people don't want to alter their pets out of fear that it is inhumane and unnatural. As much as I hated to, I recently had to have our new puppy Dax neutered. While the surgery went very well, he did have a difficult time adjusting to the concept of wearing a lampshade over his neck. I believe the picture above tells the entire story.

Whitewater 2009

I take a trip to West Virginia for Troy Ganson's bachelor party on the Gauly River. The drive took Scott and I from Norman to the river over 1100 miles away in a little under 16 hours but was well worth the effort. This being my first whitewater rafting expierience, I fully expected to drown. But by the time it was all over, I was absolutely addicted.
